This meeting will allow one of our DTS Connex Experts to walk you through our solutions and cater your ongoing DTS Connex experience to your specific needs.

Kickoff Call

On a kickoff call with one of our Partner Success Specialists, we’ll work together to configure and customize your DTS Experience to make our solutions work for you. We’ll also work with you at this stage to bring your partners into the conversation.

Proof of Concept

After your kickoff call, we’ll define your proof of concept so we can stay focused on achieving your most essential goals first through your pilot locations, then throughout your enterprise.

Connect to your Partners

From banks to armored couriers, smart safes to other POS devices, we can integrate all your partners to the DTS Connex hub, simplifying your processes in the field in your head office.

IT Involvement

All our solutions are ready “out-of-the-box,” with no hardware or IT involvement needed, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. DTS Connex is a highly customizable experience, and we often collaborate with partners to create advanced integrations such as our Partner API interface. In those cases, we will collaborate with our partners’ IT department when necessary.
