This month, we’re also sharing the date of our Industry Showcase, a continuation of our most popular event of 2021, the DTS Connex Partner Showcase. So get ready to mark your calendars!

April Training Webinar: Deposit Notifications

Even if you are a daily DTS Connex user, there are bound to be some insider power-ups that enhance your daily use and don’t cost you a dime.
This month’s webinar is dedicated to sharing tips and tricks from the DTS staff who work with the system every day. If you want to streamline systems, optimize workflow, and get more out DTS Connex, you can’t miss April’s webinar!
This month we’ll concentrate on notifications that provide information about Deposit Adjustments, Counterfeits, Deposits Not Prepared, and POS Over Short.
This training webinar will be the first in a series created to highlight other features and power-ups you can be using to enhance your DTS Connex experience. More value, no additional cost; that’s information worth sharing!

Industry Showcase

Our most popular event of 2021 is back and better than ever!
Last year, DTS Connex hosted a virtual Partner Showcase, where we gave our partners the chance to share their innovative products and solutions with our community.
By popular demand, we are back and hosting another virtual showcase, this time focusing on the industry at large.
You will be able to choose from several live and prerecorded sessions, including (but not limited to) presentations from Sesami, GS1, as well as the Retailers’ Cash Council. We invite you to save the date and register today!
Leading up to the live event, we’ll provide our industry partners the opportunity to highlight their company and integration with the DTS Connex community via a pre-recorded video series.
The video highlights will be shared during the weeks leading up to the event allowing us to have both a live presentation and a library of partner highlights!

Did you miss our March Webinar focused on Safe InSites? You can now watch the video replay!
DTS Connex Safe InSites provides a centralized, enterprise-wide view of critical smart device data and streamlines both in-store and back-office processes.
This new API framework and visual reporting suite is designed to collect, display, and transmit real-time transaction information across multiple managed service providers and devices.
We love when partners present challenges that open the door for innovations that create new opportunities for process improvement and efficiency for our user community! This solution was inspired by a unique use case presented to the DTS Connex team by Inspire Brands.
Inspire Brands’ Treasury Manager DeLise Cuadra joined our own Jason Stambaugh to share Inspire Brand’s use case and provide insight into the new solution.
March Bite-Size Videos: Search Deposits, One Search for Change Orders, Change Order Verification Tool
At the end of 2021, we received feedback that short videos focusing on common usage topics would be a helpful tool for admin users. As a result, we debuted six “Bite-Size Videos” in February.
Unlike demos, webinars, or longer training videos, these new resources range in length from under a minute to just a few minutes long in most cases.
