Over the past year, we’ve been introducing One Search to DTS Connex. One Search is a framework that allows you to create and save custom searches and reports based on the information that is important to you. Eventually, One Search will replace all existing Search and reporting functions. To learn more about One Search’s various functionalities continue reading.

What is One Search?

One Search provides an optimized and intuitive search engine framework that is the future of transaction search and reporting. As mentioned above, this search framework will eventually replace all search screens and reporting. To help you transition, you’re currently able to continue using existing search and reporting along with taking advantage of One Search capabilities. 

If you do not currently use One Search, this will not be an automatic update to your user experience. If you would like to start using One Search, reach out to your Partner Success Manager to discuss activating this feature today!

One Search allows you to choose from an expanded set of data points while also enabling you to select and prioritize which search fields populate your report, leaving you with a concise view of the data you need, and none of the data you don’t. 

Of course, you can always alter which search fields are popular as your needs change over time. 

Different One Search Iterations:

One Search for Deposits:

One Search for Deposits allows you to perform custom searches for a single location, region/district/sub-district, or all locations. Searches may include bank adjustments, counterfeit, deleted deposits and reasons, notes, change order payments, carrier type, POS over/shot, Snaps, location number, and many more!

One Search for Deposits allows users to: 

• Add additional data points to searches 
• Rearrange and customize which columns are shown on the screen 
• Create and save customized searches and download customized reports 
• Email reports to other DTS Connex users

 One Search for Deposits improves upon the current deposit search function in the following ways: 

• It allows you the option to search by just a select few column headers of data points instead of every search header. 
• You can download your report with data displayed from left to right in the way you need it to display — no additional cut and paste required, 
• It expands upon the available search terms by adding adjustment reasons and verified # of checks now available. 
• Customized data sets save you time sifting through reporting data you may not need. 
• One Search is an innovative and improved search and reporting tool, and all search functions in DTS Connex will eventually be converted to One Search. 

One Search Change Orders:

One Search for Change Orders allows you to input your store, order status, or a specific amount, and instantly locate the change order you’re looking for, across all locations. You can customize which data is shown on the screen and download the results. 

One Search Shipments:

With One Search for deposit shipments, you now have an innovative search engine framework where you can input your store, tracking number, or specific amount and instantly locate the deposit shipment you’re looking for, across all locations. You can also identify mailers trapped in transit or in-store, customize reporting, and even save, send, or email your report.

Additional features include:

• Filter by Brand: Next to the Search Bar there is a plus sign. Selecting this will populate with a drop down containing all of the Brands established in DTS Connex.
• Filter by Region, District, and Sub-district. 
• Search “Partial” or “Partially Received:” Locate all mailers where at least one deposit in that mailer has not been received by the bank. 
• Search “Unprocessed Deposits:” Easily see the number of deposits within that mailer that have not been received by the bank.
• Additional Search Terms:
  • “In Transit Not At Bank:” Locate all mailers that have a USPS status of In Transit but have not yet been marked as received by the bank. 
  • “At Bank Not In Transit:” Locate all mailers that are Not In Transit and have been marked as received by the bank.
  • “Delivered Not at Bank:” Locate all mailers that are marked as being delivered but the deposits have not been marked as received. 
• Requested Delivery Date Column: There is now a new column available through “Choose Columns” that will display the requested pickup date of a mailer.
• Email Selected: Send mailer information to other users. Placing a check mark in the box to the left of the mailer will allow you to select Email Selected from the action box at the top of the menu. You can also include a message. 

One Search Transport:

One Search Transport will allow users to search all Armored Carrier Transportation information we receive from any given carrier. 

This is available to customers already using One Search.
