Where does the name DTS come from?

Initially DTS stood for Deposit Tracking System. Over time, as our interconnectivity and suites of solutions grew, ‘Deposit Tracking System’ no longer accurately represented the full scope of what we do. So now, we’re known as DTS Connex.

Do I need to download software to use DTS Connex?

There is no software to install.  You only need an internet connected device and a modern web browser to access DTS Connex.

How does DTS Connex interact with my bank partners?

DTS Connex does not house any secure information such as bank accounts. Third party identifiers are used so no secure information is shared with DTS Connex.

Can different levels of my organization have access to DTS Connex? 

DTS Connex is an enterprise solution with different levels of access to locations, functions, and data.

How do I reset my password?

Reach out to your designated contact at your organization.  DTS Connex cannot reset passwords.

I don’t see the bank update for my deposit or the bank didn’t receive the deposit. What do I do?

Please follow up with your internal contact who will reach out to your bank contact regarding the status updates.

I didn’t receive my change order or my change order is wrong.  What do I do?

Please follow up with your internal contact who will reach out to the bank contact regarding the status updates and change order fulfillment.

The armored carrier didn’t pick up my deposit. What do I do?

Please follow up with your internal contact who will reach out to your armored carrier regarding the status of the scheduled pick-up.

I made a mistake. How do I delete a deposit?

Please follow up with your internal contact who will provide instructions on how to handle a deposit submitted by mistake.

I forgot to put a deposit in a mailer. What do I do?

Please follow up with your internal contact who will provide instructions on how to handle a deposit not added to a mailer.
